Your responsibilities
- Legal Sparring Partner: You are the go-to expert for all departments when it comes to commercial law issues. You translate complex topics into clear recommendations for action and provide our teams with confidence.
- Contract Drafting & Review: You draft and review domestic contracts—ranging from commercial lease law to contracts for work and services to general commercial law matters—and ensure that we are optimally positioned both legally and economically.
- Projects: You actively contribute your legal expertise to interdisciplinary project teams and, with your big-picture perspective, help shape the future development of our organization.
Is it you?
- You are a fully qualified attorney and have already gained professional experience - ideally as a corporate lawyer, in-house counsel, or as an attorney at a law firm specializing in business law.
- You also have expertise in the area of data protection.
- You think in business terms, act pragmatically, and find solutions that are legally sound and, at the same time, make good business sense.
- You communicate clearly, confidently, and as an equal - whether with functional departments, executives, or external partners.
- You have excellent German and English language skills.
- You act responsibly and think with an eye toward the future - you’re open to change and tackle tasks pragmatically and proactively.
- You work collaboratively and are solution-oriented - you develop solutions together with others while keeping your eyes on the goals and results.
