Your responsibilities

Focus on mobility, digitalization, and event logistics (not warehouse logistics):

  • You will help implement digital control, monitoring, and analytics solutions in the areas of logistics, mobility, and traffic management.
  • You will support pilot projects and innovation initiatives in the fields of smart logistics and smart mobility and successfully put new ideas into practice.
  • To this end, you’ll monitor market trends, technological developments, and best practices in the fields of logistics, mobility, and digitalization.
  • You’ll support the further development of data-driven reporting and KPI systems to devise tailored concepts - for example, for traffic management and visitor flow control at the exhibition grounds - and to identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • You will also assist with operational event logistics, coordinate logistical requirements with government agencies, external partners, and internal departments, thereby helping to ensure that events run smoothly.

Is it you?

Your profile combines logistics expertise with a knack for digital technology and a spirit of innovation:

  • You have several years of professional experience in logistics management, event logistics, traffic management, or mobility/transportation logistics (not warehouse logistics).
  • You have already worked with digital applications, technologies, and data-driven management tools in the logistics or mobility sector.
  • You have initial experience in project management as well as in the analysis and optimization of processes.
  • Thanks to your analytical and conceptual strengths, you are able to combine market trends, technological developments, and business requirements into practical and future-proof concepts.
  • You have a college degree or vocational training with a focus on logistics, transportation management, mobility, supply chain management, or a comparable field.
  • You confidently coordinate diverse interests and enjoy collaborating across departments with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • You have very good German skills and good English skills.
  • You act responsibly and think with an eye toward the future - you’re open to change, tackle tasks pragmatically and proactively, and drive them forward independently.
  • You work collaboratively and are solution-oriented - you foster teamwork, develop solutions together with others, and keep your eyes on the goals and results.
